Hi! I'm Jorden, a photographer in Virginia. I got my first digital camera as a graduation gift, and I have been in love with it ever since. I am based in the cities of Woodbridge and Harrisonburg, Virginia.

     I am a sophomore Geographic Science major at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Geography is all about learning about people, landscapes, and cultures that surround us, and finding ways to make the world a better place. Photography, to me, is a great way to do that; capturing people, their lives, their emotions- it creates a connection on a personal level, a type of  mutual understanding that I strive for.

     Even though I like capturing all beautiful things I see, I love shooting portraits the most. The satisfying click of the shutter, seeing someone's eyes light up when they see how beautiful their photo is; that, to me, is priceless. That's how I know I'm making a difference in my little corner of the world, and I want you to experience that with me.

 

     Whether it be school, work, or life in general, we are all busy people- but life doesn't have to be so serious all the time. In everything I do, I like to keep things relaxed and simple, with as little stress and complications as possible- and I'm sure you do, too.
